On “Holder” of the treatment

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. On “holder” of their treatment is the Municipality of San Ginesio, based in Via Capocastello, 35 – 62026 San Ginesio (MC).

In addition to the owner, the categories of recipients, in some cases, to which your navigation data will be communicated are the companies that offer us services that manage hosting providers, system administrators, technical staff and web masters, IT companies, communication agencies required to maintain confidentiality and non-dissemination of personal data.

Retention period

The Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected.
Therefore, Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied.. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Owner in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.
When the processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may retain Personal Data for longer until said consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

User Rights

Users can exercise certain rights with reference to the Data processed by the Owner. Particularly, the User has the right to:
